This policy explains how personal data sent through this website is handled, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. EU 2016/679) and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

What data is collected
Only the information you choose to send with the commission form or by email: name, email address and the details of your project (size, location, timing, description).
When you press “Send request”, the form is received by the website’s hosting provider, which stores the submission and forwards a copy to the controller’s email inbox. A hidden anti-spam field is also checked, without collecting further data.
Why it is used and legal basis
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal or quote and, if you go ahead, manage the commission. The legal basis is your request and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Your data is not used for newsletters or marketing.
How long it is kept
For the time needed to handle your request. Form submissions stored by the hosting provider are deleted periodically. If no work follows, messages are deleted within 24 months. If a commission follows, data is kept as long as required by Italian tax and accounting law (generally 10 years).
Who can see it
Only the controller. Data is not sold or shared. To make the website and form work, the controller uses two providers acting on its behalf as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and Google (Gmail, where request notifications are received). Netlify may also record technical logs, such as IP address, for security. Both companies are based in the United States and process data under the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar tracking tools, and does not load content from third parties: fonts, images and videos are served with the site itself. Links to Instagram, Pinterest and the Big Cartel shop lead to external services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to abelbaelstudio@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Quali dati vengono raccolti
Solo le informazioni che scegli di inviare con il modulo per le commissioni o via email: nome, indirizzo email e i dettagli del progetto (misure, luogo, tempi, descrizione).
Premendo “Send request”, la richiesta viene ricevuta dal fornitore di hosting del sito, che la conserva e ne inoltra una copia alla casella email del titolare. Viene inoltre controllato un campo anti-spam nascosto, senza raccogliere altri dati.
Finalità e base giuridica
Rispondere alla tua richiesta, preparare una proposta o un preventivo e, se decidi di procedere, gestire la commissione. La base giuridica è la tua richiesta e l’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR). I dati non vengono usati per newsletter o marketing.
Per quanto tempo vengono conservati
Per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta. Le richieste conservate dal fornitore di hosting vengono cancellate periodicamente. Se non segue alcun lavoro, i messaggi vengono cancellati entro 24 mesi. Se segue una commissione, i dati vengono conservati per il tempo previsto dalla normativa fiscale e contabile italiana (in genere 10 anni).
Chi può vederli
Solo il titolare. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti. Per far funzionare il sito e il modulo, il titolare si avvale di due fornitori che agiscono per suo conto come responsabili del trattamento: Netlify, Inc. (hosting del sito e gestione del modulo) e Google (Gmail, dove arrivano le notifiche delle richieste). Netlify può inoltre registrare log tecnici, come l’indirizzo IP, per motivi di sicurezza. Entrambe le società hanno sede negli Stati Uniti e trattano i dati con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework e/o Clausole Contrattuali Standard).
Cookie
Questo sito non usa cookie né strumenti di tracciamento simili, e non carica contenuti da terze parti: caratteri, immagini e video sono forniti dal sito stesso. I link a Instagram, Pinterest e al negozio Big Cartel portano a servizi esterni con proprie informative privacy.

Ai sensi degli articoli da 15 a 22 del GDPR puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso, la rettifica o la cancellazione dei tuoi dati, la limitazione o l’opposizione al trattamento, o riceverli in formato portabile, scrivendo a abelbaelstudio@gmail.com.
